What we collect

When you submit an interest or diligence request form: your name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, relationship to the founder, indicated check size and timing, and any optional notes. We also record referral/UTM parameters in the link you used. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, bank or payment details.

How we use it

Only to follow up with you about this opportunity, manage our fundraising conversations, and understand which outreach channels are working. We do not sell your information.

Questions sent to Ava are processed by an AI provider to generate a response. Please don't include personal or financial information.

Analytics

We may record anonymous interaction events (for example, that a button was clicked). Form contents are never sent to analytics.

Access and retention

Submissions are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized company administrators. We keep them while the fundraising relationship is relevant. To access or delete your information, email invest@dmv.ai.
